   When you first go vegan, it can seem miraculous. You can eat so much more than you used to, and yet you don’t seem to gain an ounce. And you don’t feel heavy or sleepy after meals–just content. But if you find yourself losing too much weight or trying to stuff yourself silly in order to maintain your body that you’ve always had, then it’s a concern. Vegan foods you’ve eaten before

   Being vegan is not normalized in society today (although it has come a long way in the past few years). I once heard it said that this lack of normalization brings confusion. Like, being vegetarian makes sense because sometimes you’ll eat something that’s vegetarian and normal. So it’s not as difficult to imagine. I don’t think this means much, as a measure of or argument for anything. But if you’re someone who feels this way, worry not. Because I’ve put together a list of foods that you’ve probably eaten before that are already vegan.
